As a Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) I advise companies on all aspects of Workflow Processes and Happiness Culture. As the first woman employed at the European Headquarters of Google, I implemented the people-first culture that thrives there today. I had the opportunity to improve a number of companies, allowing them to see the undeniable benefits of implementing new processes and a people-first culture, before becoming self-employed at the end of 2015.

My passion is to organize events, projects and back offices.
Saving time for my clients and guiding them through all their daily queries are one of my main focusses.
